DELIVERIES
Whenever you order, a shipping fee will be automatically calculated depending on the country of delivery. You will get a delivery quote before placing your order. If you have any issues placing your order or want to ask us anything, please email our team.
Our products are handcrafted in our production studio in a small town of Southern France. We always do our best to prepare and ship all orders on time – please allow between 2 to 5 working days for delivery using Chronopost services, depending on the country of delivery and product availability.
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may experience additional delays when passing through the Customs Office. Potential customs charges at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an item is out of our stock, we will contact you right away to let you know the expected delivery date. If you think the delivery will take too long, just let us know and we will help you out!
VAT / EUROPEAN VALUE ADDED TAX
In accordance with French tax regulation law, we are required to tax our products at a rate of 20.00% on all sales made in France. For orders outside France, no tax is added.
SECURE PAYMENT
When an order is placed through our website, all sensitive information is automatically encrypted by PayPal and WorldPay. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard. If you need additional information about payment security, feel absolutely free to contact us.
