If you change your mind about your order or have any questions, you can always email the Hu2 team. Whenever getting in touch about your order, just try and remember one little detail… order reference! The sooner we get your unique reference number, the better – this helps us find your order in a quick and easy way.
• If you want to add products to your order, please email us. Be fast – if your previous order has not been shipped yet, you won’t have to pay shipping charges twice. We will create a personal “Free Delivery” voucher for you.
• To change details of your delivery address, remove products from your order or cancel it completely, send an email and let us know what changes you would like to make to the order. Oh and also – remember that reference number!
• If your order has already been dispatched or delivered and you would like to change or return anything, just follow our Returns procedure, explained below.
• You can cancel an order and return new, unopened items within seven days of receiving your products. The purchase price excluding delivery charges will be refunded once we have received the returned item(s). You hold responsibility for the cost of return.
